Terms of Sale & Use

These terms cover your use of toddsprod.com and anything you buy here from Todd Schowalter Productions. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Copyright

All cartoons, illustrations, characters, animation, video, and text on this site are © Todd Schowalter unless noted otherwise. You may view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, download, republish, modify, or use our artwork for any purpose, including training AI models, without a license from us.

Cartoon licenses

  • A license lets you use one cartoon, once, in the way your license type allows: Social Share, Newsletter / Blog, Presentation / Classroom, or Print Publication.

  • Your license certificate downloads at checkout and is part of these terms.

  • You must keep the credit line "© Todd Schowalter" visible and may not alter, crop, or recolor the cartoon.

  • Licenses are personal to the buyer and can't be transferred or resold.

  • Advertising, merchandise, broadcast, and other commercial uses need a custom license. Contact us for a quote.

  • Copyright always stays with Todd Schowalter. Using a cartoon beyond your license may infringe that copyright.

Delivery

Licensed cartoon files are emailed to the address on your order, usually within one business day. If you haven't received yours within three business days, email todd@toddsprod.com. Physical products ship to the address you provide; delivery times are estimates.

Refunds and returns

  • Digital licenses: because digital files can't be returned, license sales are final once the cartoon file has been delivered. If we can't deliver the cartoon you requested, we'll refund you in full.

  • Physical products: contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or wrong, and we'll replace it or refund you.

  • Custom work (commissions, animation, video, and creative services) is governed by the quote or agreement for that project.

 

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If an item is priced in error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

 

Site use

Don't misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, spam, or anything unlawful. We may update or remove site content at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

 

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

 

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
