Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Todd Schowalter Productions ("we," "us") runs toddsprod.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, contact us, or buy from us, and what we do with it. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and message when you use a contact or quote form; your name, email, billing address, and order details when you buy something; the cartoon title or link you enter when licensing a cartoon.

• Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• Automatic information: like most websites, our site host (Wix) collects technical data such as your browser, device, pages visited, and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To deliver what you bought, including emailing licensed cartoon files

• To answer your questions and send quotes

• To send order confirmations and receipts

• To keep the site working, secure, and improving

• To send newsletters or offers, only if you sign up; you can unsubscribe anytime

•

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run our business: Wix (website, store, and forms), Stripe (payments), and the email and newsletter tools we use, such as Substack for the Get Todd newsletter. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for basic functions such as your shopping cart, and for analytics. If we run ads, we may use advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel to measure results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and license records. Contact messages are kept only as long as they're useful.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing todd@toddsprod.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor requests as the law requires.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
